Demonstration version. This website is a demonstration designed and developed by NC-Developer, LLC. Its design, code, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Please don't copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

1. Demonstration notice

This site is provided as a working demonstration of the Shoppers Retreat service. Some features are for demonstration only and may change or be removed without notice, including:

  • Accounts and memberships: sign-in, membership sign-up, and the guest pass are demonstrations stored only in your browser. No membership fee is charged.
  • Reminders, lists, contacts, and requests: these are saved only on your device and are not sent to a pharmacy, doctor, or care provider.
  • Prices: catalog prices are estimates, and laundry prices are typical ranges gathered from public sources. Actual store and laundromat prices vary.
  • Trip sharing and family payments: trip links and payment PINs are shown on screen as previews and are not sent as text messages. The live-tracking screen uses a pretend driver on real streets.
  • SR BINGO: offered for entertainment only, with no purchase, wager, or prize.

2. Ownership of design and content

Unless otherwise noted, the website's design, layout, look and feel, graphics, color scheme, user interface, source code, text, features, and other original content (together, the "Materials") are the property of NC-Developer, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. What you may and may not do

You may view and use this demonstration in your web browser for its intended purpose. You may not, without prior written permission from NC-Developer, LLC:

  • copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Materials;
  • distribute, publish, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Materials;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, design, or structure of the site, except as the law expressly allows;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the site, or use the Materials to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems;
  • frame or mirror the site, or present it as your own work; or
  • remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notice.

No license or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except the limited right to view the site described above. Being able to see the page source in a browser does not grant any right to reuse it.

4. Trademarks

"Shoppers Retreat," the Shoppers Retreat logo, "SR BINGO," and "NC-Developer" are trademarks of their respective owners and may not be used without permission. Other names and brands shown, such as store and service names, belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

5. Third-party information and services

Store and laundromat listings, maps, and weather come from third-party services, such as Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, and Open-Meteo, and may be incomplete or out of date. Payments are processed by Stripe. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services.

6. Not professional advice

Information on this site is general and is not medical, pharmacy, legal, or financial advice. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911.

7. No warranties

This demonstration is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NC-Developer, LLC and Shoppers Retreat, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this demonstration.
